Price for custom productions will be finalized based on actual request, and is determined based on requested video running time, requested model(s), future saleability of content and any incremental costs to produce.
Copyright and all other interests in future sales, distribution and use of custom production material are retained by Jeansbound. Purchaser gets license for personal use of purchased content. Custom production content will not be distributed, sold or used for a period of time following completion of project, so purchaser is exclusive license holder during this period.
